Its almost NEW YEARS!!! You know what that means!! NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS!!!! 

Breakfast-

two eggs scrambled

two slices of wheat toast buttered

salmon

Im still alive!

Hey I know I havent posted anything in forever! Im now on summer vacation so I now have until August to focus on getting shape, and its all starting with getting my check so I can get some food in the house its looking quite scarce around here.

Started C25K today! I love how flexible it is. While I love cardio, esspecially things  ellipticals and dancing, running is not my strong point! I have weak ankles and have to wear these horrible in soles, but I’m trying to get better at it.   
I glad this is a sort of lighter, more flexible workout (compared to, for example, insanity!) I’m going to continue this well into summer, and starting in mid-June, I’ll start Insanity. Until then, I’m doing this, and another 30 minutes of cardio (on whatever I want), and on off days I’m doing strength training and yoga. :)

This how I felt when I got online and saw that I now have 13 FOLLOWERS!!! I dont know why you guys all care about what I have to say but Im happy to have you!! 

Dreaming

I just want to wake up one day and find that all my hard work, every salad, all came to fruition. I will quiver every time my hand touches a waist where I can see my belly button, that my thighs no longer smack together when I wear shorts and that I can finally wear a bandage skirt over my waist without it looking like I have two stomachs. THIS is what I sweat for.
